At Pure Life Health & Wellness Clinic, our mission is to provide high-quality healthcare services to our patients. We strive to make our patients feel comfortable and cared for during every visit. We are compassionate, patient focused, and we offer a personable and friendly environment.

We operate completely outside of the traditional fee-for-service based insurance or third-party payer system, meaning that we do not accept insurance. However, your insurance will cover most prescriptions, lab work, diagnostic studies, referrals, etc. We will provide a detailed invoice of your visit that you can submit to your insurance for possible reimbursement. We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, Care Credit, HSA, FSA, and Venmo.

We focus our attention on spending quality time and effort on caring for our patients - directly, without oversight from nonmedical administrators, using evidence-based guidelines individualized for the circumstances of each patient. Your health is our priority!
